All orders are custom made for you! Because of this, we are unable to refund or exchange products but don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns about your order. Printing and shipping arrival time is usually 7-10 business days.

Care instructions - Printed apparel should be machine-washed in cold water, meaning below 90℉ or 30℃, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and no fabric softener or bleach. What is considered a mild detergent? A mild detergent is a gentle cleaning solution that contains only surface-active agents.

Some of the clothing articles are printed with a process called Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. It is a state of the art process that makes my designs look true to life. Printing on dark color garments requires a pre treatment so that colors do not absorb into the fabric and become dull. The pre-treatment will make the printed area feel a little stiff when you first receive your product. This is normal and usually washes out after 2-3 washes.
